Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your gear from Kinetic Fox Shop. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it easy.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your item(s). To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with tags (if applicable)

  • Free from odors, stains, or pet hair


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at kineticfoxshop@gmail.com.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label (for eligible returns).

  3. Drop the package off at your nearest shipping center.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after receipt for processing.


Exchanges

Want a different size or design? No problem!
Exchanges ship free within the U.S. Just let us know what you need in your return email.


Final Sale Items

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us within 7 days of delivery—we’ll make it right.
