Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.
Heads up: During sales or new drops, processing may take up to 5 business days due to high demand.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and chosen method.
International:
- Rates are calculated at checkout
- Delivery in 7–21 business days (varies by destination)
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email. Use the link in the email to follow your package’s journey.
International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or VAT fees that may apply upon delivery. Kinetic Fox Shop is not liable for delays caused by customs processes.
Shipping Issues
- Wrong Address? Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
- Package Missing? If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us at kineticfoxshop@gmail.com within 5 business days. We’ll work with you to investigate the issue.
